A Big Salute To HR Fraternity






Across Globe & Nations Doctors, Health workers, Police, Front line workers are fighting against the covid-19 outbreak and we are celebrating them for their tremendous contribution to the society. The HR Fraternity is also fighting against covid-19 in their respective industries be it manufacturing or Service Industries or IT/ ITES. Though they are contributing at micro level and the influence for prevention are at large.

2020, Half of the year has gone and if you look back past 6 months, HR team contribution for the organization /business at huge like protecting their employees, SOP implementation, counselling, managing government regulations etc. HR had been very quickly adopted to the situation and managing the pandemic. New portfolio added to HR role. This is not normal and routine work.

HR fraternity always motivated by inborn behaviors. HR’s are instinct motivators. Amidst covid-19 pandemic, contribution to the business and people are not just about the work, its about making a difference & transforming the business to new normal.

Just spreading optimistic to the fraternity. Big salute all HR’s.
